Odyssey Victoria welcomes feedback about our services, including compliments, suggestions and complaints. Your feedback helps us recognise what we do well, address concerns and continually improve the quality of our services.

You can share your feedback in several ways:

  • Speak with a staff member involved in your care, the person in charge of your program or the relevant Executive Manager.
