Anne Tidyman, the Manager of Child and Family Services at Odyssey House Victoria, was nominated and recognised as a finalist in the DFFH Child Protection Week awards held in early September. Anne manages the Kids in Focus program and was one of just four finalists for the Robin Clark Leadership Award. Nominees in this category have a distinguished track record as leaders in practice, policy, research and education. The award recognises leadership that inspires others to act wisely and care deeply about the best outcomes for children, young people and their families or carers. While Anne didn’t win the award, being made a finalist is a reflection of her highly valued skills and work with young people and families.
