
Gail Bradley is an experienced mental health leader with a record of leading innovation and reform. A clinical psychologist by training she is currently employed as General Manager, Royal Melbourne Hospital Mental Health Services. She is passionate about creating a positive culture which embraces diversity and provides the highest quality evidence-based recovery, lived experience expertise, well-being support and person-centred care.
Gail’s previous work experience includes Operations Director for the Inner West Area Mental Health Service, Psychology Advisor for NorthWestern Mental Health, and program management roles in community mental health programs including outreach services supporting people experiencing homelessness.
In addition to working in the public mental health system, Gail has a small private clinical practice, and is an endorsed supervisor with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.
