Alexander (Alex) Nielsen is an experienced lawyer, having practiced in both Australia and the UK specialising in corporate transactions and compliance, tax, asset management and investment law. Alex has previously worked for some of the largest global law firms and has also managed matters from an array of sectors including energy, property, aged care, health care, manufacturing, financial services, technology, and hospitality. He has done not-for-profit legal work as a Board member of the Flemington and Kensington Community Legal Service.
In his downtime, Alex enjoys travelling with his family and watching sport.
