The Practice Manager is responsible for supporting the enhancement and of current medical and allied health services within OHV’s Residential and Community Services. This includes, ensuring financial viability, developing strong partnerships with primary health services and providers, managing the day to day running operations and administration of agency practices embedded within current services and support the development of innovative models of primary health care for clients in rural residential settings.
The key purpose of the After Hours Clinician role is to conduct comprehensive assessments and provide a range of counselling and single session brief interventions to assist clients and their family members to change harmful behaviours resulting from problematic alcohol and other drug use, outside of standard business hours.
KIF is an outreach parenting support and case management program working with families where one or more parents has problematic alcohol and other drug use. The Senior KIF Case Manager’s key purpose is to increase parenting capacity, life skills and social connection, and decrease risk to children and their families.
